“Clean, Comfortable, Well Appointed Rooms at a Reasonable Price,!” Raves Comfort Inn Guest

We are Choice Privileges members, so I often book thru Choice Hotels after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. Some I find extremely helpful, some not so much.
I would have given this hotel 5 stars however I don’t believe the location description to be accurate. I wouldn’t exactly call it downtown or Beale St., if you are wanting to closer to one of those locations, I suggest you choose another hotel. This is almost directly across from Mud Bay park. You can however catch a bus to Beale St. For $1 per person each way as the trolley is out of order or walk about 12 blocks.
It costs $10 to park here per night or $ 5 at the lot right next door.
They always have lemon lime water and fresh ice water in the lobby. Depending on the time you arrive there may also be a snack.
The entire staff was extremely nice and very helpful with any questions. Housekeeping did a great job with our room. The staff at the breakfast buffet was especially kind. Thank you.
The breakfast buffet had the best variety I have seen in a long time and they were constantly stocking it. Nobody had to wait for anything to be filled or brought out. The area and tables were clean at all times. The ladies asked if everything was okay, almost like you are in a restaurant.
Our room had 2 queen size beds a mini bar type thing w/sink, fridge, micro, popcorn, 2 bottles of water, & the standard amenities coffee maker, hair dryer etc.
The room did have a safe. This hotel charges $1.09 per night for the use of the safe. To me, it is worth paying. I hope this helps.
