Our family of 4 spent a July weekend at the hotel. View of Mississippi from our room. During the heatwave, the rooftop pool was an oasis. Good breakfast. Took trolley to Civil Rights Museum, then walked down to Beale Street.

Loved the location. Loved the staff. Watched the fireworks on Mud Island from our room. Great value and did I mention how great the staff is? I could have watched the boats on the Mississippi all day.

We stayed here while we attended a conference at the local civic center, and I must say I was very happy with everything, except for one small thing that I will address shortly. First, we stayed on the 14th floor, and had a riverfront view, which was spectacular. Mud Island is directly across from the hotel, and the view of… More

We were lucky enough to be on the top floor. Our suite faced the river and so our view was great…also no noise overhead. I am learning to ask for rooms on the top floor so that there is no overhead noise at night. This time we just lucked out. Earlene at the front desk was phenomenal. She ALWAYS had… More

Stayed here on two separate occasions on our trip to the south. Lobby a little dated but clean. Staff very couteous and helpful. Provided us with essentials after they decovered that Delta was going to be a day late with lugagge. Parking was confusing as garage is below rooms and seems to share with adjoinging apartment. Room was spacious, We… More

We have no complaints about this property. It is a great location ir you are visiting Beale Street-we walked about one block and jumped on the trolley, which set us back 25 cents/person for this particular evening! Our room was spacious and clean. No complaints about the beds or bedding-had plenty of towels. The pool was great. Nice breakfast that… More

We stayed in the Comfort Inn last week for 3 days whilst visiting Memphis. I cannot fault the hotel. The rooms were excellent, clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The breakfast was a great set-up for the day, especially the waffle maker, and the 24hr refreshments in the lobby came in handy. The location was… More

The comfort Inn downtown Memphis was a great choice for us. The room was large, clean and bed super comfy. It was Memorial Day weekend 2012 and we had the best view from our room of the fireworks over the Mississippi River – AWESOME to same the least. The hotel staff were terrific, really helpful in every way. Breakfast the… More

We stayed here for one night at the end of our roadtrip, having stayed at another hotel in Memphis at the start. It was not as fancy as the first hotel but it was totally fine. Parking is very convenient under the hotel with a lift straight up from the garage. Dirty ashtrays beside the lift were not very nice… More
