“Best customer service we have experienced”

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed three nites in rooms with river view. Well worth the extra couple dollars to get river view. Incredible sunset views over the Mississippi.

Location is directly across from Mud Island, which hasn’t opened for this season yet, and about a half mile from Beale St. We found it very easy to access all the attractions and restaurants we wanted.

Part of our party was late for breakfast – it ends at 9 am weekdays – but they special cooked some omelets and made all of the buffet available.

Room was standard for the chain as far as amenities go.

“Would recommend staying here again.” Raves Comfort Inn Downtown Memphis Guest

My wife and I were looking for a good place to stay in the downtown area. We decided to stay here for several reasons. Our points let us stay here, it was cost to downtown, and the reviews were good for this place.  There is some road noise like some trains at night that might be a problem sleeping. Other than that the free breakfast in the morning was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here again.

Thank you for taking the time to complete our online survey regarding your recent stay at Comfort Inn Downtown.
We sincerely appreciate it and hope you will give us another chance to provide you with superior service and accommodations on your next visit to Memphis

Kind Regards,

“Best Customer Service We Have Experienced at a Hotel For Quite a While.” Raves CIDM Guests

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. We stayed three nites in rooms with river view. Well worth the extra couple dollars to get river view. Incredible sunset views over the Mississippi.

“Comfort Inn Downtown had a wonderful room with a view overlooking the Mississippi River and Mudd Island”

Memphis is a wonderful place to visit and plenty of fascinating things for your kids to see and do! During our visit we stayed at the Comfort Inn Downtown had a wonderful room with a view overlooking the Mississippi River and Mudd Island, which is a really cool place to visit (you may recall it from the movie “The Firm” with Tom Cruise. The room was very spacious, clean, and the employees were the friendliest. Hotel & parking garage were very secure. Our family took the trolley tour around downtown and got off on Beale Street. There is so much wonderful music and food to choose from on those few blocks. We ended up at the Hardrock Cafe so as to make sure to have something for everyone’s palate. Also, there are several museums around downtown and the surrounding area. We did the Pink Palace & Planetarium, both were very nice. And, a Memphis must see – Elvis Presley’s Home & Museum! My kids knew of Elvis but enjoyed the tour much more then they ever thought they would (I told them they could mark that off their bucket list later in life when they wrote one up!) Like most cities, they have the baseball field and a zoo. There is just something to do for everyone!
